How much does AI call scoring cost? (2026)
For a 20-rep team, AI call scoring costs about $500 to $2,000 a month on the tools that publish prices, based on each vendor's own pricing page. Gong, Chorus, Outreach, Salesloft and Jiminny quote only. Scoring calls you already record yourself costs under $100 a month in usage, before building and running it.

What changes the cost
Only conversations need a score. In a system I run, 3,486 of the 12,704 calls on record have been graded; voicemails and no-answers are skipped. Seat prices stay the same however many calls a rep makes. Usage prices follow the calls you score.
The rubric. Every tool scores against the questions you give it. A rubric written from calls your team already counts as good is what makes a score worth reading, whichever tool runs it.
Whether a dialer comes with it. CloudTalk and Aircall bundle scoring with a phone system. That suits a team that needs a dialer anyway. A team whose reps already have one they like would be switching dialers to get scoring.
